ActivateFit on Harris offers a diverse range of group exercise classes for you to choose from. We have classes to suit all levels of fitness, intensity and variety to match your interests.

Les Mills Grit Strength

LES MILLS GRIT™ Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. LES MILLS GRIT Strength takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

BodyPump

BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

BodyAttack

BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A LES MILLS™ instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 730 calories* and leaving you with a sense of achievement.

Battle

Prepare to challenge yourself; Battle is a super-efficient HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class. An endless variety of battle stations that include the fun stuff! Kettlebells, sleds, battle ropes, box jumps, wall balls, burpees and much more! Maximise your calorie burn, build lean muscle and improve your fitness. There will be sweat! 

Latino Blast

A great class with attitude! Let the funky Latino aerobics raise your heart rate before finishing off with some abdominal work and relaxing into the cool down phase. If you’re looking for a fun, high-energy and alternative cardio workout, then this is the class for you. 

Latino Burn

Take your fitness to another level, with a bodyweight resistance workout for your whole-body incorporating a mix of Latino dance.

Suspension

Suspension class allows you to utilise your bodyweight as resistance as you perform exercises that build strength, stability, endurance and flexibility while enhancing your cardiovascular fitness. 

Boxing/Kickboxing Fitness

Our boxing/kickboxing fitness classes use a combination of exercises that incorporate skills such as pad work with traditional fitness training. 

Warriorfit

Strong, invigorating, and challenging, warriorfit is the time tested and battle field proven art of ancient Pahlavani. Warriorfit is a complete integrated form of exercise that uses tools, like push-up boards, wooden clubs and shields; to provide increased resistance and neurological input. It is a systematic, fluid and incredibly demanding, yet simple and approachable, practice. Warriorfit is equally suitable and adaptable for beginners, avid physical culturists and aging athletes alike.

Yoga

Yoga brings balance to the mind, body and soul using breathing techniques, exercise and meditation. A fantastic class for everyone! 

Pilates

Strengthen your core and tone your muscles in this low impact workout. The postural muscles of the body are targeted so this is a great option to improve muscle imbalances and compliment all other forms of exercise or sport.

Spin

Indoor cycle provides a motivational and challenging workout for all levels. Pumping sounds and our high energy instructor will push you to achieve your fitness goals
