Damian has worked in the fitness industry since 2007 as a qualified personal trainer, group exercise instructor, and running coach. He’s passionate about health and fitness and continues to increase his understanding of the human body; believing if you teach someone to use their mind more efficiently, their body can accomplish anything. He sees the importance in listening to the needs of his clients, designing, and tailoring personalised fitness programs to suit each individual. He has trained individuals for a range of fitness, running, obstacle and sporting events, and taught group classes for over 15 years.

Henry started training at the age of 18, so it was a natural progression for him to start a career in the fitness industry in 2013. During the last ten years, he successfully helped more than 400 clients achieve their fitness goals. Jordan has been involved in the fitness industry since his teenage years competing as a bodybuilder. Fast forward to today and he has worked as a full-time personal trainer for over 10 years coaching some of the biggest names in the fitness industry. With his tenure comes some big accomplishments including being a former bodybuilder Australian teenage champion, an amateur boxer, a past competition preparation coach, and even a past INBA judge.

As a personal trainer with 35 years of experience in bodybuilding training and competition, I have been involved in this field for over 25 years. Since 2011, I have been the first full-time Chinese coach at UTS Fitness, and even across Sydney, training clients from all over the world. About

Chen started his education in physiotherapy at the University of Sydney in 2016, and since then, he has worked across different areas of physiotherapy from sports, medical, community, and aged care settings. Chen completed research in low back pain, and ever since, he always likes to keep up with the research and continuing education. He is most passionate about diagnosing and treating sports injuries. Having been an international student from China, Chen always has the aspiration to strengthen the health equity and sports performance for cultural minority groups.
